About Tims VW Limited

Tim's VW is a new company formed by Tim Barnard and Tim Davis.

We specialize in the supply of Volkswagen Aircooled Parts. We also cater for a vast range of standard and performance parts for the rest of the V.A.G group.

Tim Barnard has worked in the VW parts game for over 25 years. Originally working for an Autocavan agent then leaving and starting alone as B.C.L Auto parts in the same premises we are now back in. This was 1987 and BCL proved to be a successful VW specialist. This went on till 1993 when BCL merged with German and Swedish. Tim then went on to open a branch in Southampton and then Poole. In 2004 Tim decided that he wanted to go his own way and worked in the performance and tuning side for a while.

Tim also took over a VW specialist and MOT garage in Southampton in 1998 and has learnt an awful lot about this side of the business.

Tim has owned over 100 beetles 22 T2s 21 T3s and a large number of other VWs (54 GTIs) and a range of Porsches 356 to 993s

Tim Davis has always had a love of VWs and has spent his last 15yrs in the motor trade and has had vast experience in Wheels and tyres of all makes. Tim has great experience in suspension and performance tuning in supply and also fitting.
Tim is at present restoring a T2 and a beetle.

Tims VW can supply heat exchangers for a 50s beetle from stock or modify your T5 transporter with a body kit, suspension, increase the power supply a big brake kit and help you get it ready for a track day. Check out their Vans/cars on the site.
