General info

Orders placed before 1400 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. This is subject to your payment being authorised, items being in stock and barring system failure.

In the unlikely event of a delay in the postage of your order, resulting from one of the above circumstances, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail.

We advise you arrange for someone to be available to collect the order at the shipping address as some orders will require a signature.

If an alternate delivery address is required from that of the card holder, the address will be manually checked for suitability.

Due to our security policy we are only able to ship products within the UK

Delivery time

Orders placed before 1400 will be shipped the same day, for delivery on the next working day subject on availability of the goods.

Products that are not immediately available in stock will be ordered from the manufacturers the same day as the order is placed, such orders will be delivered to you between 2-4 working days.
